2009 The Year of Agreement
 

God has an awesome plan for His Church in 2009 and it will be a year full of Surprises, Blessings and Increase if we will “Follow Him Fully” as did Caleb.
Yes, there are giants in the land but they are coming down in 2009, and the way
will be clear for us to move forward and prosper. As I was seeking the Lord for Prophetic Direction for 2009 the Lord took me to Amos 3:3, “Can two walk together unless they be agreed”? And the Lord spoke to me, “If my people shall come into agreement with Me, and follow Me, that is, if they will “stay In-line in 2009,” then they shall know Victory, and My plan and purpose will come forth in their lives. For the Lord says, that many have been “Online” but they have not been “In-line.”

You may be asking, “What does it mean to be in Agreement”? The answer is quite simple, but very powerful if we will live it out. Here is Three Steps of Agreement that if you will follow, then the Spirit of God can lead you to great victory in 2009.

I. Believe in the Lord your God

You must continue to believe that God is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. The difficult circumstances that you faced in 2008 were not meant to destroy your faith or discourage you to give up. The greater the trial, then the greater will be your dependency upon God, who will not fail you. Bigger battles always result in bigger victories!

Heavenly Strategies will be revealed to those in 2009 who Believe, and that will result in Divine Intervention and Powerful Victories. If we believe God, and we love Him, then we will want to stay in Sweet Communion with Him through Prayer, Praise and Worship, and Time in the Word. Where there is Love, then Faith will be strong, as Love conquers all. If we believe, then the Dream and the Vision that God placed in our hearts will continue to remain strong. It is when our faith wanes that we stop dreaming. Dream again, says the Lord, for there is much to look forward to. And the Spirit of God will visit you in the Night Season and confirm His love and purpose for you through Dreams and Visions. When the Children of Israel in the wilderness stopped believing they took on a negative attitude. That is the time when they stopped dreaming and started “looking back” to Egypt rather than “looking forward” to the Promised Land. The direction in which you are looking determines your faith in God.

II. Confess His Promises
 

Concerning salvation, the Bible says that we must not only believe in our hearts, but we must also confess with our mouths, Rom.10:9. And so it is with the Prophetic Promises that God has spoken over your lives. We must confess with our mouths the Promises of God. Stand up, Oh servant of the Lord and declare with boldness the things that God has laid upon your heart. Declare, and Prophesy to your circumstances even as David did as He stood before Goliath, “The Battle is the Lord’s and He will give you into our hands.” I Sam.17:47 The God of the Promise will manifest in power as you boldly proclaim His Name before the circumstances
that you are facing, for out of your mouth shall come forth the two-edged sword as you declare His Word.

The enemy cannot silence you, for in 2009 you shall learn the Power of Praise and Confession that shall silence the enemy! “From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise (strength) because of your enemies, to Silence the foe and the avenger.” Ps.8:2 God is for you. 2009 shall be a year of Breakout as you Speak-out the Promises of God.

III. Delight to do His Will
 

2009 shall be a year of Discovery, a year of Discovery of who you are, and who God made you to be! Before you can delight to do the will of God, you must first delight to be the will of God. God made you special and unique, there is no one like you. Many shall come to terms with themselves in 2009. A Revelation of themselves, of who God called them to be, and this shall result in a Revolution of them finding greater pleasure in doing the Will of God with mega success and increased spontaneity.

In Summation, the three steps to success, and coming into agreement are found in Ps.40:8,9. The Scripture talks of Believing - His law is within our Heart;
Confessing - I have Proclaimed the Good News.;

Delighting - I delight to do your will.
It is Time to Align in 2009, to come into Agreement with the One who loves you.
Father, we so desire to bring joy to You in 2009 by our thoughts, words and actions.
We ask for a Heavenly Download of your Grace and Mercy to help us fulfill our destiny, and to help us to stay within the boundaries of Your will. For your Glory!
